Sharing Coefficient-based Decision Analysis of Enterprise IT Outsourcing

外包被广泛应用于企业的信息化建设过程中。但企业内部的信息化部门在信息化外包过程中如何选择和信息化实施方的关系一直人们关注的问题。本文引入资源共享系数的概念,应用博弈论的研究方法,通过合理的假设,对企业内部信息化部门不同决策收益进行了分析和比较,得出了基于资源共享系数的企业信息化工程外包的决策模型。

Outsourcing has been widely used in the enterprise informatization process. However, how to choose a course of the implementation of the outsourcing for the internal IT departments has been concerned. This article introduced the concept of resource sharing factor. By application of game theory research methods and reasonable assumptions, the internal IT departments of different decision - making gains were analyzed and compared. Finally, a sharing coefficient - based decision model for outsourcing decision was presented.
