EPINet在职业暴露监测中的应用调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解医务人员发生职业暴露情况。方法:使用EPINet登记、追踪医务人员发生暴露的相关情况。结果:收到96例医务人员发生血源性病原体职业暴露的报告。其中,血液或体液溅污14例,锐器伤82例,人均药品费用71.35元,无人暴露后发生感染。结论:EPINet统计信息全面,可能提醒监测人员个案应该追踪的日期,及时进行干预追踪,降低暴露后感染的危险。
