外伸端板中节点火灾行为的试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental investigation of the behavior of extended end-plate connections under fire

摘要 采用自行研制的火灾试验炉对3个中节点试件进行了抗火试验。试件采用足尺形式,柱长3 000mm,单侧梁长1 350mm。通过试验,得到了节点在同一荷载不同温度下的温度-转角关系。试验表明,端板连接具有良好的延性和抗火能力,节点的极限转角都超过了0.03rad;端板厚度对节点破坏温度和破坏时的极限转角影响不大;柱腹板设加劲肋可以明显提高节点的破坏温度和极限转角。最后根据试验结果提出了设计和施工建议。 In order to study the fire-resistance behavior of extended end-plate beam-to-column connections in steel frames, three intermediate connections have been tested with the self-made fire-test furnace. All specimens are full scale, which column is 3 300mm length and beam 1 350mm. From the test results, the relationship between temperatures and angles of rotation is induced. The results of the experiment show that the end-plate connections have excellent behavior of ductility and fire-resistance, and the rotations of connections exceed 0.03 radians. The thickness of end-plate has a little influences on fire-resistance of connections. The column stiffener can improve not only the critical temperature of connections, but also its ultimate angle of rotation. At the end of the paper, suggestions on design and construction based on the experimental results are presented.
