摘要
万科总部位于深圳市大梅沙海滨,由落地筒体、实腹厚墙及柱支承离地10-15m的上部4-5层结构,形成底部开敞空间,上部结构中间跨越50-60m,端部悬臂15-20m。针对这个特殊的建筑功能要求,经过多方案技术经济比较,结构设计最终采用了国内外首创"斜拉桥上盖房"的理念,利用预应力拉索和上部首层钢结构楼盖及上部钢筋混凝土楼屋盖的水平刚度和承载力,将上部4-5层混凝土框架结构重力荷载传递至落地筒体、墙、柱。重点介绍该结构体系的选型与结构设计理念,施工顺序的合理确定及模拟,拉索张拉、锚固端节点设计研究及结构在各种作用下的工作性能。
Wanke Center is located in the beach of Shenzhen. The whole building floating about 10 - 15m high from the ground is supported by several tubes, walls and columns. The spans of 4 - 5 stories of superstructure are 50 -60m with ends cantilevers of 15 - 20m. The concept of "building on the cable-stayed bridge" is adopted in the structural design, i.e. using active prestressed cable, first steel frame structure and the horizontal stiffness and bearing capacity of the supper reinforced concrete floors to transfer the supper 4 - 5 stories building gravity to the tubes, walls and columns. It focuses on the selection of the structural system, the structural design philosophy, the structure construction sequence, the cable tension control criteria, key nodes and the performance of the key structural members.
