河北省发展可再生能源产业的问题与对策

On Countermeasures and Problems of Developing Renewable Energy Industry in Hebei Province

"加强能源资源节约和生态环境保护"是十七大提出的一大亮点,"必须把建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会放在工业化、现代化发展战略的突出位置"。就河北省现有的丰富再生资源情况来看,大力开发和利用对河北省建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会,进一步加快推进我省科学发展、和谐发展、跨越发展的进程将发挥不可替代的作用,结合河北省实际情况,浅谈一下如何加快河北省发展再生资源产业。

“Strengthening energy resource conservation and ecological and environmental conservation” is the highlight put forward by the 17th People＇s Congress,and we “must give prominence to building a g and environment-friendly society in our strategy for industrialization and modernization With respect to our province＇s rich renewable resources,great development and utilization plays an irreplaceable role in building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society in our province,and further accelerating our city＇s scientific development and harmonious development, leaping development process. Combined with actual situation in our province,I will discuss on how to speed up the development of province＇s renewable resource industry.”
