摘要
旅游服务产品无形性的特点,使旅游者在购买前无法检查产品质量,旅游产品生产和消费的同步性,又使旅游者需提前支付费用,因而旅游者在消费过程中就特别注重产品和服务质量,关注是否物有所值。因此,旅游产品的质量保证比其它产品更为重要,对旅行社业的质量监督也就显得尤为重要。
The establishment of an effective quality control system is the way to improve the quality of tourism. In China, since the emergence of tourism, tourism management and supervision have made gratifying achievements, but still left much to be desired. The primary reason is that quality supervision system in China's tourism is not perfect, and the complaint is relatively high in the travel agency industry. By analyzing the travel agency, this paper puts forward some views to improve the quality supervision system of tourism.
