总结了山西火力发电现行耗水指标、找出与国外差距。从现在起到２０２０年，按照山西省分配给电力水资源，必须采用跨世纪的综合节水发电技术。
This paper provides the data of current water consumption index in the power plants in Shanxi.And the distance with the foreign countries is clearly described.Based on the water distribution for power generation in Shanxi,from now to 2020,the overcenturies technology for power generation with water-comprehensively saving must be adopted so as to reach the planned installed capacity of 50 GW
