剖宫产手术同时结扎输卵管术后精神反应评定

To evaluate the spiritual response on women after cesarean section and oviduct with ligature.

目的了解剖宫产手术同时结扎输卵管对妇女在产褥期心理的影响。方法对60例剖宫产手术同时结扎输卵管的产妇进行产后7d及42d精神测试（EPDS法），总分≥13分者可诊断为产后抑郁症。结果产后7d访视中EPDS评分≥13分者占63．3％，42d访视EPDS评分≥13分者占21．67％。结论剖宫产术时结扎输卵管对产褥期妇女具有明显的心身反应。术后心理健康状况较低，应给予积极治疗。

Objective Observe the mental effect on those women during their puerperium ＇after uterine -incision delivery and deligate ovarian duct. Methods Test the spiritual effect respectively on the women＇s 7th day and 42th day after parturition,who got uterine - incision delivery and deligate ovarian duct（ EPDS methods）, and we can get postpartum psychosis if the total score ≥13 points. Results The numbers of women whose total score≥ 13 points on their 7th day accounting to 63.3% ,While on their 42th day accounting to 21.67%. Conclusion Ovarian duct deligation can greatly effect the mental activity for those women during their childbed, who usually have a bad mood and need to have active treatment.
