类风湿关节炎的康复护理探讨

Effective of rehabilitation nursing for rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨康复训练对类风湿关节炎的治疗作用。方法将100例患者随机分为功能训练组和对照组各50例，常规治疗相同，训练组实施康复训练护理，对照组不加康复训练内容。结果康复训练4周后，训练组和对照组有显著性差异，P〈0．05，训练组比对照组效果好。结论康复训练能缩短类风湿关节炎的治疗时间，提高康复度，且最好在4周以上。

Objective To study the treatment role of functional exercise for rheumatoid arthritis. Method 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into two groups in random. The experimental group participated the functional exercise. The control group didn＇t participate the functional exercise. Result Four weeks later, the result in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Functional exercise can reduce the treatment time of rheumatoid arthritis, and raise the level of physical function. The time of functional exercise should exceed 4 weeks.
