护理干预在2型糖尿病健康教育中的临床应用

Clinical application of nursing intervention in health education with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

目的探讨糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识的认识和自我管理水平。方法应用护理干预对168例2型糖尿病患者进行糖尿病健康教育，在教育前后进行糖尿病知识、自我管理能力测试，并对教育结果进行评价。结果通过护理干预168例患者不同程度地掌握了糖尿病的相关知识和自我监测能力。结论应用护理干预对2型糖尿病患者进行健康教育是患者学习糖尿病知识、提高自我管理能力、有效控制血糖的有效途径。

Objective To investigate the recogrization of type 2 diabetes mellitus and self - management ability on diabetic patients. Methods Nursing intervention was performed in health education with 168 patients. Diabetic knowledge and self - management ability were examined before and after health education training, and education effects evaluated. Results The cases mastered the related knowledge of 2 diabetes mellitus and self - management ability in distinc degree with nursing intervention. Conclusions Dursing intervention is an effective way of diabetic health education in diabetic knowledge leaning, self- management improving and blood sugar controlling.
