摘要
T型进口三通的布置方式对分配集箱中的流量分配有着严重的影响。该文对三通附近涡流区中的集箱静压分布和支管入口阻力系数进行了深入的实验研究。根据这些实验得出的静压分布和阻力系数所算得的支管间流量分配和对各根支管所进行的直接测量结果相比较,吻合得很好。此外,为区分集箱静压分布和支管入口阻力系数的单独影响,还进行了比较计算。
Abstract The arrangement of inlet T junction presents the significant effects on the flow distribution in dividing flow manifods. In this paper, the experimental studies have been carried out for the static pressure distribution in headers and also the entrance resistance coefficient of the branch tubes in the vortex influential area near the T junction. The prediction of flow distribution with these experimental static pressure and resistance coefficients agrees satisfactorily with an additional direct measurement of flow distribution in branch tubes. In addition, the comparative calculations have been made to discriminate the individual effects of the static pressure distribution in headers and the entrance pressure drop in branch tubes.
