摘要
对各种低负荷稳燃技术进行了综述。对浓淡燃烧器进行了研究,该种燃烧器通过在一次风喷口前的一段管道中加装偏流挡块并配以分离隔板的措施,实现浓淡偏差燃烧。在冷模试验的基础上,对锦州发电厂、通辽发电总厂的一些670t/h锅炉进行了改造,结果表明用该燃烧器进行改造后,取得了良好的低负荷稳燃效果,给电厂节省了大量低负荷稳燃用油;并使NOx排放量降低,减轻了环境污染。
Various stabilized combustion technologies of boilers at low load are summarized and the enricheddiluted furners are studied. Through installing a flowdeflection block in the section of primary air pipe before the nozzle and equipped with a separate diaphragm,the enricheddiluted deflected combustion has been realized.On the basis of cold model testing, several 670 t/h utility boilers have been upgraded.The testing result indicated that, a good stabilized combustion effect at low load was achieved, a large amount of oil for stabilizing combustion at low was saved, NOx emission was reduced and environmental pollution was alleviated.
