试论高职院校实验、实训教学环节

Teaching of Experiment and Training in Higher Vocational School

为适应市场对人才的需求，高职院校的人才培养正向以实践能力培养教育为核心转化。本文简单介绍了实验、实训基地建设的重要性及思路，并分析了当前高职院校实验、实训教学中存在的问题，笔者并根据自己的工作经验，提出一些改革实训方式；探索提高高职学生实践能力的途径。

In order to meet the market demand, personnel training in higher vocational school has turned to focus on the capability building. This author simply introduces the importance of building and how to build the experimental and training base construction as well as the philosophy. Meanwhile, analysis of the existing problems is proposed. According to his own experience, the author also puts forward the method to reform of practical training and increasing students＇ abilities
