川藏线2355名汽车部队官兵血脂异常的分析

Alteration of plasma lipids,uric acid and blood pressure in military drivers working on Sichuan-Tibet route

目的探讨川藏线男性汽车兵人群血尿酸与脂代谢的变化。方法对2 355例体检人群分为≥26岁年龄组(1 701例)和≤25岁年龄组(654例),全自动生化分析仪分析体检对象的血尿酸、血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白),并检测结果进行统计分析。结果共检出523例(22.21%)高尿酸血症患者,其中25岁以下组为216例,检出率为12.70%,26岁以上组为307例,检出率为46.94%;高胆固醇血症423例,其中25岁以下年龄组34例(2.00%),26岁以上年龄组为389例(59.48%);低胆固醇血症为490例,其中25岁以下组为473例(27.81%),26岁以上组17例(2.60%)。高尿酸血症中脂代谢异常率最高达78.01%。结论高尿酸血症及高脂血症在26岁以上组明显多于25岁以下组,在25岁以下组中存在低胆固醇血症;高尿酸血症及高脂血症干部明显多于战士。

Objective To explore the changes of plasma lipids and uric acid in the military drivers who running on Sichuan-Tibet routs. Methods A database of 2 355 military drivers who underwent a special physical check-up by using the standard technique to examine the plasma lipids, uric acid was collected. In this database, the relationships of plasma levels of triglycerides （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, uric acid （UA） in those under 25 year-old and those over 26 subjects were evaluated. Parallel analyses were conducted in the parameters of the database. Results We found there were 523 （22.21% of all） subjects having significantly higher UA. Among them, 216 cases were in under-25 group （12.70%） and 307 cases in over-26 group （46.94%）. Totally 423 cases were found hypercholesterimia （34 cases were in under-25 group and 389 cases in over-26 group）. Low TC were found in 490 cases （473 were in under-25 group and 17 cases in over-26 group）. An increased higher level UA was significantly correlated with hyperlipids. Conclusion There are much more subjects with higher level UA in over-26 group than in the under-25 group. In particular, low total cholesterol was more in the under-25 group. Hypertriglyceridemia, low HDL-cholesterol and hyperuricemia seem to be related to the leaders in comparision with the soldiers, whereas hypertension seems to be related mostly to the group at the age of over 26.
