一、Kir6．2在胰岛素分泌调控中的生理学意义
ATP敏感性钾通道（KATP通道）是调节胰岛B细胞胰岛素分泌的关键部位，是由内向整流钾通道（Kir6．2）与磺脲类受体1（SUR1）以4：4的比例组合而成的八聚体。Kir6．2为形成KATP通道中心通透孔的亚基，由KCNJ11基因编码，全长约2kb；SUR1为调节亚基，由ABCC8基因编码，长度约100kb。
