一、Kir6.2在胰岛素分泌调控中的生理学意义
ATP敏感性钾通道(KATP通道)是调节胰岛B细胞胰岛素分泌的关键部位,是由内向整流钾通道(Kir6.2)与磺脲类受体1(SUR1)以4:4的比例组合而成的八聚体。Kir6.2为形成KATP通道中心通透孔的亚基,由KCNJ11基因编码,全长约2kb;SUR1为调节亚基,由ABCC8基因编码,长度约100kb。
