新疆吐鲁番农村地区维吾尔族居民空腹血糖受损及糖尿病情况现状调查

Prevalence investigation of impaired fasting glucose and diabetes mellitus of Uygur nationality in Turpan countryside of Xinjiang

目的通过对新疆吐鲁番地区农村维吾尔族居民进行空腹血糖筛查,了解该地区糖尿病及空腹血糖受损(IFG)的患病情况。方法采用整群抽样等方法,获得9226名研究对象相关数据,得出糖尿病和IFG的患病率。结果糖尿病患病率为6.58%,IFG患病率为4.05%。结论新疆吐鲁番地区需要加强糖尿病的教育及糖尿病防护知识的普及。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of impaired fasting glucose （IFG） and diabetes mellitus （DM） of Uygur nationality in Turpan countryside of Xinjiang. Methods The cluster sampling was used to investigate the prevalence of IFG and DM of 9 226 Uygur subjects. Results The prevalence rate of DM was 6.58~ and IFG was 4. 05%. Conclusions According to this survey, we need to strengthen the diabetic education and popularization of the prevention.
