摘要
在Cu-(9~10)Al-(1~3)Ni青铜的回火组织中观察到了γ_2和β_2~′沉淀。γ_2一般在马氏体晶界析出.呈条状。β_2~′的形貌和分布受合金化学成分的影响。当合金的成分位于Cu-AI-Ni三元系的α+β_2~′+γ_2三相区时,回火后针状的β_2沉淀颗粒均匀地析出于马氏体晶粒内部,其惯析面是(304)。
In this paper,two sorts of precipitation,γ_2 and β_2′ phases,have been observed in the tempered nickel-aluminium bronzes contained 9~10%Al and 1~3%Ni.γ_2 precipitation forms at martensite grain boun-daries and shows lamellar morphology.The distribution and mophology ofβ_2′ precipitation are affected by the alloy composition,(?) the compositionis located within the area of α+β_2+γ_2 in lhe Cu-Al-Ni ternary diag(?)m,the acicular β_2′ precipitates form homogeneously inside the ma(?)grains after tempering,and their habit plane is(304)。
