摘要
精浆是精子发育、成熟的内环境,其主要成分由附属性腺产生,起着中和、缓冲和保护精子的作用。检测精浆中特异性生化标志物能了解生殖系统附属性腺的功能及对精子质量的影响,同时在诊断男性不育、指导患者治疗、监测治疗疗效等方面同样具有临床参考价值。随着分子生物化学技术的发展,精浆生化检测对全面评价男性生殖能力有着重要的临床实用意义。
Seminal plasma is the internal environment of sperm development and ripe, and its major components generated by the affiliated sex glands. Seminal plasma plays the role of neutralizing, buffing and protecting the sperm. Detection of seminal plasma biochemical markers can not only help to exactly evaluate secretary func tion of male affiliated sex gland and the impact on sperm quality, but also assist to diagnose male infertility, guide treatment and monitor the curative effect with the clinical reference value. With the development of molecular biochemistry, detection of seminal plasma on a overall assessment of male reproductive capacity owns important clini cal and practical significance.
