摘要
研究了铁水成分、孕育剂和热处理工艺等因素对含碳和含硫较高的铁素体可锻铸铁综合机械性能的影响。试验表明,控制铁水成分,采用一定配比的Bi-AI或Bi-AI-B孕育剂及合理控制退火工艺,可使该种可锻铸铁的综合机械性能稳定地达到KT35-10的水平。
In this paper,the effect of composition,modifier and heattreatment process on mechanical properties of high carbon and high sulphurferritic malleable cast iron has been studied.The results indicate that thehigh carbon and high sulphur ferritic malleable cast iron,contained proper com-position modified by Bi-Al or Bi-Al-B and treated with suitable annealingprocess,possesses high properties and reaches the KT35-10 level stably.
