摘要
目的:建立新的简单有效的灵芝孢子粉湿法破壁方法,解决灵芝孢子粉破壁难、破壁后有效成分易染菌变质问题。方法:用75%乙醇浸泡灵芝孢子粉;运用环糊精包合作用,采用胶体磨研磨法破壁并制备包合物,显微镜镜检破壁率;测定包合物的溶解度,抗霉变能力;紫外法测定灵芝孢子粉有效成分与β-环糊精的表观包合常数。结果:灵芝孢子粉的破壁率达到90%,有效成分与β-环糊精有较大的表观包合常数,包合物的溶解度提高4.895-8.895倍且抗霉变作用增强。结论:湿法破壁率较高,破壁同时制备得到了包合物,产物的溶解性质、抗霉变作用显著改善,新技术简单实用。
Objective: To establish a simple and effective method of breaking the Ganoderma Lucidum spores, this can break spores easily and protect the active constituents from decomposition. Methods: The spores are soaked with 75% ethanol. The inclusion complex is prepared with cyclodextrin by grinding method. Sporodermbroken ratio, solubility of inclusion complex, anti-mildew ability and inclusion constants are tested. Results: The sporoderm-broken ratio approaches 90%. The solubility of the active constituents, which have large inclusion constants, increased about 4.895-8.895 times. The anti-mildew ability is improved obviously. Conclusion: The method can reach high sporoderm-broken ratio. The inclusion complex with increased solubility and improved anti-mildew ability is obtained. The new technology is simple and practical.
