摘要
主要研究了二次硫酸铵沉淀对乳源糖巨肽分离纯化的影响。对分离提取的糖巨肽溶液进行了两次硫酸铵盐析,实验结果表明:通过两次硫酸铵沉淀,所获得的糖巨肽样品已经达到较高纯度。实验证明了通过两次硫酸铵盐析方法可以很大程度提高乳源糖巨肽的纯度。
Effects of twice ammonium sulphate precipitation method on purification of casein glycomacropeptide was mainly studied in this paper. The purification of crude casein glycomacropeptide was applied to twice ammonium sulphate precipitation method and the results showed that: Higher purity sample of casein glycomacropeptide can be obtained by twice ammonium sulphate precipitation method. The results shows that ammonium sulphate precipitation methods have good effects on isolation of casein glycomacropeptide from zymohydrolysis solution of milk and contaminants in the extract for further purification.
