摘要
采用SDS·PAGE电泳结合分子成像系统对火麻仁蛋白亚基进行了分析,采用15%的分离胶浓度,样品浓度为2.0 mg/mL时,所有蛋白亚基分离完全,条带清晰,火麻仁蛋白共有10条亚基,以分子量界于17000-40000 u的亚基为主,为中低分子量蛋白。等电点测定结果表明,火麻仁蛋白等电点偏碱,不同于一般的植物蛋白等电点。
The hempseed protein subunitis studied by the means of SDS. PAGE electrophoresis together with molecular imaging system, the concentration of separation gel is 15%, the sample concentration is 2.0 mg/mL, the protein subunits are all separated completely, with the band clear, the hempseed protein composed of ten submits, the molecular weight of the most of them is between 17000-40000 u, thus the hempseed protein belonging to the medium-low molecular weight protein.
