摘要
在湘西油桐叶抑菌活性物质初步研究的基础上,比较普通浸提和超声波萃取两种提取方法,确定超声波萃取法为最佳提取方法;选取料液比、超声时间和超声次数3个因素,通过L9(33)正交实验,确定最佳工艺参数为:料液比1∶12,超声时间45 min,超声3次;比较石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水5种不同极性溶剂萃取物的抑菌效果,发现除石油醚层无抑菌效果外,其他几种萃取物的抑菌效果比较相近,均比粗提物效果差,表现为协同作用。
Base on the Primary Study of the Antimicrobial activity of the extracts from the leaves of Aleurites fordii Hemsl in Western Hunan, the two extractive methods, current immersing and ultrasonic extraction was compared, The results indicated that ultrasonic extraction method is better. The influence of three factors to extraction effect also was studied using orthogonal test table L9(3^3) such as the rates of raw material to solvent, the hours and times of ultrasonic extraction, the study indicates that the Antimicrobial activity of the extracts is the best when the rate of raw material to solvent is 1:12, the hours of ultrasonic extraction is 45 minutes, the times of ultrasonic extraction is 3. The antimicrobial activity of five abstracts, petroleum ether, chloroform, acetic acid acetic ester, n-butanol and water, were tested. It determined that the extractions are antibacterial with the exception of petrolic ether and chloroform, but all behind the raw extraction.
