Study on purification of total flavones from Tussilago farfara with SP825 resin

摘要 研究了SP825大孔吸附树脂对款冬花总黄酮的吸附和解吸特性,并考察了相关的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳纯化工艺条件为原药液(总黄酮质量浓度为29.09 mg/mL)稀释5倍,调pH为3~4以2 BV/h的流速进行吸附,最大上样量为44倍树脂体积,3 BV的70%乙醇溶液以1~2 BV/h流速进行洗脱。经SP825大孔吸附树脂纯化后的款冬花总黄酮纯度达60%以上,具有较好的纯化效果。 The isolation ability of SP825 macroporous absorption resins for total flavones from Tussilago farfara L. was studied by examining the characteristies of adsorption and desorption. The correlative factions were investigated. The result showed that the effect was perfect when the total flavones concentration in the liquid was diluted by 5 times, pH was 3-4, the max sample volume was 44 BV with the 2 BV/h flow and the volume of 70% alcohol as 3 BV with desorption flow 1-2 BV/h. At the above condition, the purification was above 60%. It proved SP825 macroporous absorption resins have a better effect on purification of the total flavones of Tussilago farfara L.
