摘要
采用分光光度法对脂肪酸蒸馏黑脚废弃物中总甾醇含量进行测定,并和GC法结果进行了比较,结果相近。检测结果表明,该方法快速、简便、有较好的精密度和回收率,相对标准偏差为3.24%,回收率在92.60%～95.30%之间,适用于企业化验室操作,能对黑脚中高附加值组分的开发应用提供参考。
A simple and rapid method for the determination of total phytosterols in fatty acid pitch from distillate has been developed. There was a good agreement between the results obtained by spectrophotometry and GC method. The results showed that the method was efficient and convenient, its relative standard deviations was 3.24%, sample recovery rate was from 92.60% to 95.30%. The method would be suitable for corporations laboratory, and offers it important reference for the application of high-value components in the pitch.
