摘要
描述基于膜分离的加油站第二阶段排放控制系统的流程设计,着重分析德国GKSS研究中心膜分离的设计历程和设计思路.在此基础上,介绍美国Gilbarco公司和Arid Tech-nologies公司对膜分离控制系统的完善思路,以期对国内加油站膜分离油气回收流程有借鉴作用,对其他的气体膜分离处理流程的优化有启迪作用.
Stage Ⅱ vapor recovery system of membrane separation in refueling service station is described according to the flow design, design process and idea of membrane separation developed by GKSS Forschungszentrum G-eesthacht GmbH in German is analyzed in detail. On the basis of these, control idea of membrane separation perfected by Gilbarco Inc and Arid Technologies in US is described. This paper can provide references to membrane separation in domestic refueling service station and enlightenment and to optimizing other gas membranes process.
