七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗激光术后视疲劳的疗效分析

Efficacy of Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops in treating asthenopia after laser treatment

目的:评价七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液(施图伦)治疗激光术后患眼视疲劳的临床效果。方法:对60例91眼激光治疗后使用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液的患者,分别在激光后即刻、用药后1d;1wk;1mo进行视疲劳症状问卷调查,同时观察药物的不良反应。结果:所有患者在激光治疗后均出现不同程度视疲劳症状,各项观察指标积分在应用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液后1d明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。所有病例未发现全身和眼部不良反应。结论:七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液能安全、快速、有效缓解激光术后视疲劳的症状和体征。

AIM： To evaluate the efficacy of Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops in treating asthenopia after laser treatment. METHODS：We recruited 60 cases （91 eyes） who were given Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops after laser treatment. Questionare about asthenopia was filled by the patients immediately after laser treatment and one day, one week and one month after using the eyedrop. Side effects of the eyedrop were also observed. RESULTS： All of the patients had symptoms of asthenopia varying in severity. The scores of questionare were significantly decreased one day after Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops was given （ P〈 0.01 ）. None of the cases had systemic or ocular side effects. CONCLUSION： Esculin and Digitalis-glycosides Eye Drops can effectively improve asthenopia after laser treatment without significant side effects.
