碘酊烧灼联合氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of 2.5g/L tincture of iodine cauterization combined with fluconazole in the treatment of fungal keratitis

目的:观察2.5g/L碘酊烧灼联合氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选择真菌性角膜炎32例32眼,常规予以2.5g/L碘酊烧灼溃疡面,氟康唑注射液100mL1次/d静脉滴注,氟康唑滴眼液点眼每30min1次,中、重度者将溃疡表面干燥、易碎的坏死组织尽可能地搜刮清除,其余基本同轻度。结果:在32例患者中治愈19例(59%),有效(治愈+好转)29例(91%),无效3例(9%)。结论:2.5g/L碘酊烧灼联合氟康唑全身及局部应用治疗真菌性角膜炎疗效显著,无明显毒副作用,有重要的临床推广价值。

AIM ：To investigate the clinical curative effect of 2.5g/L tincture of iodine cauterization combined with fluconazol in the treatment of mycotic corneal ulcer（MCU）. METHODS： Thirty-two cases （32 eyes） with MCU were observed, The convention was 2, 5g/L tincture of iodine cauterization of the ulcer surface; fluconazole injection was injected 100mL daily 1 time and fluconazole eye drops was used in the eyes every 30 minuths 1 time;to midrange and severe cases, the skin drying and fragile necrotic tissue were,scratched and cleaned as far as possible;the rest was similar to the mild on the whole. RUSULTS： Nineteen cases of 32 patients, accounting for 59%, were cured. The treatment were effective in 29 cases, accounting for 91% and invalid in 3 cases, accounting for 9%. CONCLUSION： The curative effect of Iodine cautery combined with fluconazole may be an effective method to treat MCU and with no obvious poisonous side effect, and possess the important clinical promoted value.
