摘要
上海环球金融中心大楼地上101层,高492m,主体结构为钢骨及钢筋混凝土组合结构。主要介绍了上海环球金融中心的钢结构综合施工技术。围绕钢结构施工的整体布局、塔式起重机选择、堆场设置、安装区域划分、巨型构件安装、钢结构测量校正和钢结构厚板焊接等施工关键问题进行了分析。还概括了带状桁架、巨型斜撑、伸臂桁架和压顶钢结构等超高层特有的结构形式的施工要点。
The height of 101-storey Shanghai World Financial Center is 492m. The main structure is a combination structure of steel skeleton and reinforced concrete. This paper presented steel structure construction technologies of Shanghai World Financial Center. The paper mainly summarized construction technologies of site plan,the choice of tower crane, the piling site of steel member, mega-structure assembly, assembly survey control and thick slab welding to accumulate advanced construction technologies for super tell building. Furthemore the paper gave the sticking peint of beltshape truss, mega slope bracing, and outriggers construction.
