摘要 后浇带的封闭时间与工期之间存在矛盾。为合理解决这一矛盾,做到在建筑物适宜位置设置后浇带,既释放掉单元间的混凝土收缩应力和不均匀沉降,又缩短工期,为施工创造良好条件。实际工程中,可以综合考虑理论沉降量与实测沉降量的比值、实际加载量与建筑最终荷载的比值、沉降发展等因素,经地基基础优化设计,合理调整不同部位间的沉降差,完全可以提前封闭沉降后浇带。 In order to solve the contradiction between dosing time of post-subsidence pouting belt and constmction period, setting post-pouring belt in suitable location of building can not only release shrinkage stress of concrete element and uneven settlement but also shorten construction period, which can provide good conditions for building construction. At practical engineering, by comprehensively considering some factors of the ratio of theoretical value and actual value of settlement, the ratio of actual loading and the final loading and settlement developing, as well as optimizing basement design to reasonably adjust settlement difference of different location, the dosing time of post-subsidence pouring belt is advanced.
