摘要
某直径3m的双排平行钢管顶管工程,整个管线在淤泥质粉质粘土和粉质粘土中顶进,选用两台多刀盘土压平衡顶管机施工。通过计算,确定了双排平行钢管顶管的中心间距和错位纵距,保证了施工过程中两排顶管无不良影响。通过对顶力和顶进轴线的控制,保证了顶进工作的顺利进行。
The whole pipeline in some double-row paralld steel pipe jacking engineering with 3m-diameter propel in mucky silty clay and silty clay. Two earth pressure balancing pipe jacks with multi-cutter head are selected for construction. By calculation, center distance and transplacement distance of double-row parallel steel pipe jacking are determined to assure the two rows of pipe jacking to have no bad influence on each other during construction. By controlling jacking force and jacking axes, the jacking construction is finished successfully.
