摘要
分析了特定消谐式谐波抑制技术(SHET)过渡过程中死区时间、IGBT的开关时间对谐波幅值的影响,归纳了可采用的加入死区时间的几种方式,得出了对SHET的应用具有工程指导意义的结论,为使SHET更快,更好地应用于工程实际奠定了一定的基础。
This paper analyses the influence on harmonic components that caused by adding dead zone time and the switching time of IGBT in the transition procedure of selectecd harmonic elimination technique (SHET).The best method of adding dead zone time is obtained that can minimize the influence on harmonic components which intended being eliminated by quantitative count and qulitative analysis.The basis is established for applying SHET in engineering practicemore quickly and effectively.
