经皮穿刺CT气-碘造影在肩关节损伤鉴定的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经皮穿刺CT气-碘双对比造影在肩关节损伤法医学鉴定中的应用价值。方法10例被鉴定人均在CT介入引导下行经皮伤侧肩关节囊穿刺,分别注入稀释的Omnipaque和过滤空气适量,在全身CT机上行肩关节连续扫描,所获数据行轴位和准冠状位重建。结果被鉴定人均无明显不适主诉;CT气-碘双对比造影可显示肩关节囊有不同程度的损伤。结论经皮穿刺CT气-碘双对比造影有助于肩关节损伤的诊断,并为法医学鉴定提供重要的影像学依据。 Objective To investigate the value of percutaneous puncture gas-iodine contrast CT in forensic expertise of shoulder joint injury. Methods The wounded capsula articularis humeri of ten persons were pereutaneously punctured with diluent Omnipaque and sufficient filtered air, following the CT guidance. Then the shoulder joint was scanned successively with the computed tomography machine and the axial view and quasi coronal view were rebuilt with scanning data. Results All ten persons didn't have obviously uncomfortable complaint. The pereutaneous puncture gas-iodine contrast CT can show the capsula articularis humeri injury of different extent. Conclusion The percutaneous puncture gas-iodine contrast CT is helpful to diagnose the shoulder joint injury and can provide important imaging reference for the forensic expertise.
