粘结剂和集流体对石墨负极电化学性能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of the Binder and Current Collector on the Electrochemical Property of Graphite Anode

摘要 本文以比容量作为主要衡量标准,对粘结剂和集流体与石墨负极电化学性能的关系进行了研究。结果表明:以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)乳液为粘结剂时,采用碾压法成型的石墨负极在PTFE的配比为5%时的比容量最高。其前三次循环的平均比容量可高达452mAh/g。采用涂布法成型时,石墨电极采用N—甲基吡咯烷酮比用二甲基乙酰胺作粘结剂聚偏氟乙烯的溶剂的比容量更高。其前10次循环的平均比容量达到183mAh/g。另外,本文还探讨了五种不同集流体对石墨负极比容量的影响,发现铜箔优于铜网,不锈钢网优于其他金属网。 The specific capacity as a measured criterion to investigate the influence of binder and current collector on the electrochemical property of graphite anode was studied. The results showed that the average specific capacity of the first three cycles of graphite anode formed with grinding method and PTFE as binder (content 5%) ,was up to 452mAh/g and the capacity of the graphite anode formed with coating method using N - methyl pyrrolidone as solvent was higher than that using DMA as solvent (the former's average capacity of the first ten cycles was 183mAh/g). Comparing the influence of five types of current collectors on the capacity of graphite anode exposed that the copper foil was better than the copper net and the stainless steel net was better than the other metal nets.
