摘要
Ni(OH)_2广泛应用于MH/Ni电池的泡涑式正极中,其本身的物理性能直接影响着电极的电化学性能。本文采用扫描电镜、粒度和比表面分析、X—Ray衍射分析、差热分析等方法,研究了Ni(OH)_2的形貌,粒度和比表面,晶型和晶体结构,热分解温度等与其电化学性能的关系,结果表明,电化学性能优异的M(OH)_2粉必定球形度好,晶粒细小,晶体结构不稳定,整体有序而局部缺陷。
Ni (OH)2 was widely used in positive electrode in foamed MH/Ni batteries. The electrochemical characteristics of the positive electrode were directly depended on the physical characteristics of Ni(OH)2. The relation between the electrochemical characteristics and the morphology,particle size specific surface area,crystal type and structure and thermal decomposition temperature were researched by SEM particle size and BET X -ray diffraction and thermal analysis. It concluded that excellent electrochemical characteristics of Ni(OH)2 powder should be with good sphericity smaller crystalline size,unstable crystal structure,bulk regular and partial crystal defect.
