摘要
目的:探讨食管癌放射治疗的最新进展及目前存在的问题。方法:广泛查阅近五年来有关食管癌放射治疗最新进展方面的文章,并进行分析和总结。结果:食管癌常规放疗因存在肿瘤放疗剂量与周围器官组织损伤的矛盾,其疗效一直不能令人满意。三维适形放射治疗(3D—CRT)、调强放疗(IM—RT)和影像引导放疗(IGRT)具有精确定位、精确计划、精确治疗的优点,可解决两者之间的矛盾,提高食管癌患者的肿瘤局部控制率和远期生存率。结论:3D—CRT、IMRT和IGRT在食管癌的放射治疗中具有广阔的临床应用前景。
Objective:To explore the latest advancement and existing defects of radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma. Methods:To analyze and summarize the related literatures and data within recent five years concerning the radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma. Results : Currently available conventional radiotherapy has limited efficacy, because of the contradiction between the radioeurable dose and damages to normal organs and tissues surrounding the tumors. Three dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3D-CRT) , intensity modulation radiated therapy (IMRT) and image guided radiotherapy (IGRT) , which have advantages of exact location, precise design and perfect treatment, can provide a solution to the tough problem, could improve the local control rate and the longterm survival rate. Conclusions: The 3D-CRT, IMRT and IGRT have extensive applied prospects in the radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma.
