Industrialized Production Technology for High Active and Density Spherical Nickel Hydroxide

本公司经过在300t生产线上反复实验,探索了工业化生产中pH值、反应温度、氮、复合添加剂和烘干温度对氢氧化镍质量—特别是电化活性和松装密度两个关键指标的影响。

Spherical nickel hydroxide,one of the key materials in nickel cadmium bettery and nickel hydrogen bettery was tested repeatedly on the 300 ton production line by Yinchuan Jinbao Co. ,Ltd. .Ningxia. In industrialized production,the effects of pH,reaction temperature,ammonia,recombination additives and bake temperature on quality of nickel hydroxide particularly two key parameters: electrochemical activity and bulk density were researched.
