门诊患者用药不依从性原因分析及对策

Analysis for the reasons of the out- patient incompliance in the medicine administration and its countermeasures

目的：了解我院门诊患者用药不依从性现状,提出改进对策。方法：采用问卷形式对246例门诊患者用药依从性进行调查。结果：患者中存在用药不依从性占50.8%。用药不依从的主要表现形式有自动停药者（38.4%）、多服或漏服者（24%）、服药时间错误者（7.2%）、随意换药者（18.4%）。结论：针对引起用药不依从的原因,提出改进对策,以充分发挥药物治疗效果。

Objective： To know something about the present condition of the out - patient incompliance in the medicine administration and to put forward the countermeasures how to improve the present condition. Methods： 246 out - patients were investigated for the compliance in the medicine administration by questionnaire.Results： The out - patient incompliant rate in the medicine administration was 50%. The manifestations were as fol- lows：38.4% patients discontinued medicines antomatically,24% took more or less medicines, 7.2% administered medicines in the wrong time, and 18.4% changed the medicines at will. Conclusion： According to the out- patient incompliance in the medicine administration, the countermeasures are put forward to exert fully the effects of medicines.
