摘要
本文研究了室温形变对20钢渗硼层深度的影响。试验结果表明,无论工艺参数如何变化,室温形变均可显著增加渗层深度。透射电镜和电子探针分析证实,形变组织可加速试样表面对硼原子的吸附过程,促进渗硼初期硼化物的形核。
The effect of prior room temperature deformation on the thick-ness of boronizing layer of steel 20 was investigated under different heatingspeed and holding time for boronization.The results show that room tempera-ture deformation can increase the thickness of boronizing layer remarkably.TEM and EPMA analysis confirmed that room temperature deformation canaccelerate the absorption of boron atoms by the surface of specimens and nuclea-tion of borides.
