摘要
3Cr2W8V钢回火时,有磷、砷等有害元素向晶界偏聚,导致K_(IC)、α_K值出现谷值,是模具早期开裂的主要原因,不回火可以使K_(IC)、α_k成倍上升,避免了模具的早期开裂,提高了模具的寿命,而且可节约能源、缩短生产周期。作者用能谱分析,断口电镜分析,α_K、K_(IC)值及耐磨性的对比,证实了这一观点。
When hardening and tempering,harmful elements P,As etc.insteel 3Cr2W8V segregate towards grain boundaries,leading the appearance ofa valley of K_(IC)and a_k,resulting in the early fracture of dies.Withouttempering,the K_(IC) and a_K value increase several times,and the early frac-tures on dies are avoided and the production cycle is shortened,these are pro-ved by the analysis of energy spectrum,the fracture analysis with electronmicrscope,the comparison between a_K,K_(IC)and wear resistance.
