基于ActiveX和MPI测量注射成型制品的平行度及同轴度

摘要 由于精密塑料零件的应用日益广泛及精密注塑工业的发展,越来越多的塑料成型制品要求保证平行度及同轴度尺寸精度,本文基于ActiveX和MPI开发出平行度及同轴度分析器,在制品注射成型模拟分析结果的基础上预先测量制品的平行度及同轴度,为用户进行制品结构优化和注射成型工艺参数优化提供了参考。 As the application of precision plastic parts increases widespread and the precise injection molding industry develops, a growing number of plastic products require assurances of the parallel degree and the coaxial degree. In this paper, a parallelism and coaxiality analyzer was developed to help users measure the parallelism and coaxiality of products based on the results of injection molding simulation. The analyzer provides a tool for users to optimize product structure and injection molding process parameters.
