摘要
在概括总结星火计划发展历程的基础上,针对新时期星火科技面临的新机遇、新挑战,提出加强科技人力资源配置、完善科技资金投入体系、提升科技组织资源配置、强化科技制度资源配置和重视科技物力资源与信息资源配置等推进措施。
On the basis of summarizing the development process of Spark Program, in the face of new opportunity and new challenge in the new period, this paper puts forward some promotion measures of Spark Program, such as strengthening the allocation of S ＆T human resources, perfecting the S ＆T organization resources, strengthening the allocation of S ＆T system resources, and attaching importance to the allocation of S ＆T material and information resources, etc.
