虚拟研发团队成员间知识转移的研究

Research on Inter-member Knowledge Transfer of Virtual R&D Team

从虚拟研发团队的特征出发,提出一个虚拟研发团队成员间知识转移的分析框架模型,并进一步对知识转移的影响要素和知识转移过程进行了系统的梳理。

Knowledge transfer is the premise and basis of the knowledge innovation,which is the key of the improvement of organizational competitiveness. However, few of literatures refer to the study of intermember knowledge transfer of virtual R＆D team at present. In view of this, the paper started from the concept and features of the virtual R ＆D team, then, put forward a model of inter - member knowledge transfer. Further, the influence essential factor and the process of knowledge transfer were analyzed systematically. The findings of this study will provide a scientific basis for the enhancement of capability of knowledge transfer and innovation of virtual R ＆D team.
