摘要
本文研究了45钢的离子渗氮——激光复合热处理。研究发现渗氮层激光处理后硬度显著上升,耐磨性能大大提高。作者用透射电镜和X射线相分析法,分析讨论了复合热处理的强化机理。
In this paper,the compound heat treatment for steel 45 ion nit-riding and laser hardening has been studied.The results show that the har-dness and wear-resistance of the nitrided layer are improved remarkably bylaser hardening.The strengthening mechanism of compound heat treatmenthas been analyzed by TEM and the X-ray diffraction.
