混合物料介电常数测量的研究

Study on the Measurement and Dielectric Constant of Mixed Materials

为了测量混合物料的介电常数及其混合比，推导出了采用波导终端匹配法测量混合物料介电常数及其体积混合比和质量混合比的公式，并据此在实验上测得了几种混合物料的介电常数，所得实验曲线与理论曲线符合得很好．通过混合物料介电常数的测量可以确定与控制混合物料的混合比例．这种波导终端匹配法简便可行。

In order to measure the dielectric constant of a mixed material and its mixing ratio, the formulas for the measurement of the dielectric constant of a mixed material and the mixing ratios of volume and mass are deduced respectively by using the matching method at the waveguide end. The dielectric constants for several kinds of the mixed materials are measured experimentally. The measured experimental curves are in good agreement with the theoretical curves. The mixing ratios of the mixtures can be determined and controlled through the measurements of their dielectric constants. The matching method at the waveguide end is simple, convenient and feasible. It is of great value in practice.
