检索循证病例报告,对病例报告的年代、期刊来源、作者及其所在地区、学科和疾病分布进行统计分析,以探讨我国循证医学的实践现状和发展趋势,为循证临床决策今后的进一步实践和发展提供参考依据。

The paper retrieves evidence -based case reports and analyzes those reports from following categories, namely, publication year, source, author and author＇ s address, discipline and disease distribution, in order to explore the status and trend of evidence - based clinical practice in China and to provide reference for the further practice and development of evidence - based clinical decision making in the future.
