人工肛门扩张器的临床应用研究

A randomized controlled trial of dilator for patients with pseudo-anus

目的评价人工肛门扩张器对人工肛门排便的临床治疗效果。方法通过观察扩肛器组、手指法扩肛组和对照组共60例患者的排便次数、大便性状、排便困难症状评分。结果①扩肛器组患者大便性状评分较手指法扩肛组和对照组都有较明显改善（P〈0．01）。②扩肛器组患者排便困难程度较手指法扩肛组和对照组都有较明显改善（P〈0．05）。③人工肛门扩张器治疗后患者排便次数较手指法扩肛组和对照组都无差异（P〉0．05）。结论我们的人工肛门扩张器较之手法扩肛，更能改善患者的大便性状和排便困难程度，并且不增加排便次数。作为符合人性化的器具，值得临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of artifical anal dilator on the defecation of pseudo-anal patients. Methods Randomized controlled study was applied to investigate the defecate frequencies, stool property and constipation symptom grade in 60 patients divided into three groups-the controlled group （group A）, the finger-treated group （group B）and the dilator-treated group （group C）. Results Both stool property scoring and constipation symptom grades were improved more significantly in the dilator-treated group than the other two groups; while daily defecate frequencies did not change markedly in the three groups Conclusions Our newly made artificial dilator can improved the stool property and constipation symptom while not increasing the defecate frequencies. So it is worthy of clinical practice.
