Friction and Wear Properties of PA6/GF Composites Filled with Different Nanocrystalline

摘要 利用MM-200型摩擦磨损试验机考察了载荷及不同纳米粒子与玻璃纤维混合填料对PA6复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜观察分析磨损表面形貌及磨损机理。结果表明:纳米材料与玻璃纤维的协同作用显著改善了材料的摩擦磨损性能,其中纳米Si3N4与玻璃纤维混杂填充的PA6复合材料的耐磨性最佳;纳米SiO2与玻璃纤维混杂填充的PA6复合材料的摩擦性能最佳。 The friction and wear properties of PA6 composites filled with nano SiC/SiO2/Si3N4 and GF were investigated with MM-200 wear tester. The worn surfaces of PA6 composites were examined by the scanning electric microscopy (SEM). It is found that the cooperation effect of nano materials and GF significantly improves the friction and wear properties of PA6 composites. The Si3N4- GF-PA6 has the best anti-wear property. The SiO2-GF-PA6 has the best friction property.
