从肌浆网钙转运变化探讨心肌肥厚气虚血瘀证实质 被引量:3

摘要 心肌肥厚是心力衰竭的主要代偿机制和重要病理生理环节。对心肌肥厚走向心衰过程的干预可能成为防治心衰的新办法,其中重要机制之一是影响心肌细胞肌浆网钙转运功能,从而影响心肌细胞收缩-舒张功能,心肌肥厚的发展与中医气虚血瘀病机具有关联性,肌浆网钙转运可能是研究气虚血瘀证实质的切入点,为中西医结合防治心衰提供新思路。 Myocardial hypertrophy is the main compensatory mechanism of heart failure and an important link in the pathophysiology. Intervention on the process of Myocardial hypertrophy change to heart failure may become a new approach about prevention and treatment of heart failure. One of the important mechanisms is affecting cardiac myocyte sareoplasmic reticulum Ca^2+ transport function, thus affecting cardiac myocyte contraction - diastolic function. The process of Chinese Energy deficiency and blood stasis Pathogenesis from Chinese Medical theory has relevance. It is a hitting point to the research on the substance of energy deficiency and blood stasis.
