杭州市强制隔离戒毒所医务人员心理健康调查分析

Mental health status of the medical personnel in Hangzhou compulsory isolated detoxification center

目的:了解杭州市强制隔离戒毒所医务人员的心理健康状况,发现可能存在的心理问题,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对15名强制隔离戒毒所医务人员进行调查。结果:存在心理问题的有4人(26.67%);抑郁、焦虑、躯体化、敌对因子均高于国内常模(P<0.05)。结论:杭州市强制隔离戒毒所医务人员存在较明显的心理问题,需积极采取针对性的心理健康教育等干预措施。

Objective ： To evaluate the mental health status of the Medical Personnel in Hangzhou Compulsory Isolated Detoxification Center and find out possible psychological problems, and to provide basis for mental health education. Methods ：15 Medical Personnel in Compulsory Isolated Detoxification Center were tested with the symptom check list 90 （SCL-90）.Results： 4 Medical Personnel （26.67%） were found to have some possible psy- chological problems. Compared with SCL-90 local norm, these Medical Personnel had higher scores （P〈0.05） in factors of Depress, anxiety, somatization and hostility. Conclusion： Those Medical Personnel in Hangzhou Com- pulsory Isolated Detoxification Center have obvious mental problem, Effective measurement of mental health ed- ucation intervention should be adopted
